As Insurance operations specialist, you will be at the heart of our daily insurance operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. In doing so, you will report directly into our Head of Insurance and act as his right hand. Your responsibilities will range from claims handling and customer support to policy servicing and the execution of our operational processes. Customer service is the cornerstone of Fidamy, and you’ll play a vital role in creating the fundamentals of cutting-edge customer service that delivers exceptional experiences to both our partners and their end customers. You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day execution of our insurance products and collaborate closely with our partners and risk carriers to ensure seamless delivery. Additionally, you’ll support the development of new insurance propositions and help optimize and improve existing products, ensuring they stay relevant, efficient, and customer-centric.
